Oh god, if you ask my friends, I complain constantly about how Mumma tries to color-coordinate with me whenever we go to weddings or family functions.

I’m always like,
Mumma, please, it’s so cringe. And rolling my eyes like I’m suffering.

But honestly? The day she doesn’t ask me “Beta, what color are you wearing today?” is the day I’ll feel absolutely lost. 

I have a secret folder on my phone filled with selfies of us matching. I pretend to hate it just to protect my “cool daughter” image…but secretly, it’s one of my favorite things in the world.
